Transportation Choices for Sustainable Communities, a research and policy institute of which Urban Studies lecturer Joe Kott is a principal, has released the San Francisco Modal Equity Study.  The study reveals the extent to which funding and space disproportionately favor cars, even in "transit- and bike-friendly" San Francisco.
